Joshua Racette

Josh is currently a PhD Candidate at McMaster University under the supervision of Dr. Shinya Nagasaki in the department of Engineering Physics. Josh is currently researching the migration of long-lived radionuclides with both experiments and theoretical modelling, which will be used to validate safety assessments specific to the Canadian Deep Geologic Repository. In addition to PhD research, Joshua enjoys learning about philosophy, biology, botany, indigenous studies, history, and even mycology. Personally, he is working on rebuilding his older Dodge pickup and spending time with his dog Leeloo.
